Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be packed and on its way. We cannot cancel orders once they have been dispatched.
I made a mistake in my shipping address — what do I do?
Contact us immediately via our contact page with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update it. Once dispatched, we're unable to redirect parcels.
How will I know my order has been confirmed?
You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes. A second email with tracking details will follow once your order has been dispatched.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately we're unable to add items to an existing order once it's been placed. You're welcome to place a new order — if both orders haven't been dispatched yet, contact us and we'll try to combine them to save on shipping.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days for international delivery. Australian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. These are estimates — actual delivery times can vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free tracked shipping on all orders over $65 AUD, delivered worldwide. Orders under $65 attract a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to 60+ countries worldwide including Australia, USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE, Germany, France, and many more. The full list is available at checkout when you enter your address.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel on our Track Order page or directly on the carrier's website.
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes levied by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The funds will appear back in your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Can I exchange a product for a different one?
Yes, we're happy to arrange exchanges for unused items in original condition. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for and we'll take care of it.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
All Mahamayi products are 100% cruelty-free — we never test on animals and never will. The majority of our range is also vegan. Individual product listings will indicate if a product contains any animal-derived ingredients such as beeswax or honey.
How do I know which products are right for my skin?
Take our free Skin Type Quiz — it takes just 2 minutes and gives you a personalised Ayurvedic routine matched to your skin type. You can also contact us and our team will help you find the right products.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
We recommend consulting your doctor or midwife before using any new skincare or wellness products during pregnancy. Some ingredients such as essential oils and certain herbs may not be suitable. When in doubt, always check with your healthcare provider.
Do your products have an expiry date?
Yes, all skincare and wellness products have a period-after-opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging — usually a small jar icon with a number like "12M" meaning use within 12 months of opening. Always store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Account & Payments
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your address, and access your order history easily. It takes less than a minute to set up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-leading SSL encryption and is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your card details — all payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
Which currency will I be charged in?
You can browse prices in USD, GBP, AUD, EUR or CAD using the currency selector in the footer. Your card will be charged in the currency shown at checkout. Your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee — please check with your bank if unsure.
